We have been intensively involved in numerous forward funded developments assisting developers, working closely with their legal teams in drafting site purchase agreements, funding documents, agreement for leases etc and negotiating with both institutional and private investors.

Our experience provides us with the ability to identify and improve property assets in a variety of ways, such as the re-gearing of leases, change of use, refurbishment/ extension and redevelopment.
